We offer off-site warranty which means incase of any damage excluding for water / fire / accident reasons, you need to get the product delivered to our office either in-person or via sites like Porter, etc. for which costs are to be borne by senders’ side. Thereafter we inform you on the service time which could range from 1-7 working days further based on the complexity of the problem.
