  • 1. Can we customize the content on Standee and add audio or play live?
    Yes, it is D.I.Y programmable content. Using Mobile App or its Desktop Software, you can put Videos / Image / Text / GIFs without Audio of upto 4GB. Incase you wish to add audio, need to plug into the jack separately for output. It does allow live streaming or direct internet video broadcast via laptop or set top box but the viewing will be limited due to the size restriction. The content does support Unicode. Also to note, incase of more white-coloured visuals, the power consumption and heating will be a little higher compared to other colour visuals
  • 2. Is this screen viewable from extreme closeness?
    The ideal viewing distance is 6ft onwards and would look legitimate upto 200ft. Incase it still looks blur check with the creative size dimension and ensure its as per the specified size & format
  • 3. Is it weather or water proof?
    No, its not waterproof as it is meant for Indoors. Incase you have placed it Outdoor, please ensure to keep it away from water or fire
  • 4. Does it require any special training to operate / update this?
    No, they are more of plug and play products but without remote. Using its Mobile App or its Desktop Software, you can manage it on your own. Also, we do provide a basic virtual / in-person training during installation to get you started. Additionally, they are equipped with auto-start feature that ensures quick & seamless uptime when turned on. Incase you still need assistance either to transfer data from Pen Drive / HDMI or anything else, ask us separately
  • 5. Is it easily movable?
    Since it weighs approx. 38 kgs including the frame, ideally you would need 2 or move people to move it
  • 6. Can we do a split screen or slicing?
    Yes
  • 7. Do you have colour options for the back/sides?
    Our standard model of Standees has black-back cabinets with black coloured back support in iron and side frames in GI sheet. This ensures for anti-rusting and anti-scratch of textures But if you wish for some different colour, please get in touch with us separately
  • 8. Can we update multiple Standees across various location using 1 Mobile App?
    Yes, you can have 1 app manage content across multiple devices. Geographically you need to be in the proximity of 15ft of device without obstruction. You can add / edit / remove content from single phone but the only catch is it will 1 device content at a time and not simultaneously. Though our application is cloud-based with a robust content management system (CMS) we do not offer centralized access and control of displays across multiple locations ie. you need to place our products in proximity for multi-device management
  • 9. What are the variations of your Standees? and its cost?
    We have two models: 2401 Slim X and 2411 Standee Pro. For our standard SALES price of 2411 Standee Pro, click here. We provide along the required Processor and 2 Years warranty for LED Panel (not on the metal frame or Processor). Incase someone wishes for extended warranty by additional 2 years, it can be done at an extra cost. We do not have any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for now. We also offer 2401 Slim X for RENTALS.   • 10. Does it need any additional Hardware Accessories?
    Yes, it requires a Processor / Controller which we provide along whether for its for SALES / RENTALS
  • 11. Why are Digital Standees so expensive as compared to Flex Standees?
    We believe that the value of Standees is by the impact it can fetch for a marketeer versus static Standees. It’s eye catchy and can stand out with a bang. It also allows dynamic communication thereby reducing the burden to explain your product/service to your prospective T.A. / T.G. As per us, it is not just a Standee but one of the most powerful POS Marketing tool. Also, when breaking down the cost by an average life span of 4 years, the marketing cost may seem every penny worth
  • 12. Does it require any specific local body Permission/Compliance before display?
    Incase its placed for your own marketing whether Indoors (includes within private premises of Building Lobby, Mall, Events, etc.) it does not require any permission. But if you plan to place it Outdoors and run multiple brand ads across it, kindly check for the local Government norms
  • 13. Why go for LED Standee and not a TV one?
    TV Standees are good for indoors and good for viewing of upto an average 20ft. LED Standees are clear even for distance of upto 200ft. Plus incase of any issue with TV panel, you need to replace it entirely unlike LED ones which can be repaired for that specific part. The brightness in daylight and reflection are additional issues

  • 1. Can we customize the content on Bag and add audio or play live?
    Yes, it is D.I.Y programmable content. Using Mobile App, you can put Image / Text / GIFs without Audio. It does not allow live streaming or direct internet video broadcast. The memory of this Bag is limited to support upto 40MB Brand Logos, static Social Media Posts or limited Animations like Monogram, etc. The Bag does not support sound ie. there’s no audio output. It does not support Unicode content, so instead create an image in JPG/PNG and put them up. Also to note, incase of more white-coloured visuals, the power consumption and heating will be a little higher compared to other colour visuals
  • 2. Can we update video of upto 1min also on this Bag?
    Yes, just that you would need to convert to .GIF incase file is too large

    Once you buy the Bag, we offer the Mobile App access which runs on both Android & iOS phones. We also offer a Demo Video & Manual on how to use that App

  • 8. Does it need any additional Hardware Accessories?

    Sorry, but our warranty only covers LED Panel. Kindly take good care of your bag and avoid it from fire, sharp objects, soaking in water, etc
  • 10. Why do Bags seem expensive?
    We believe that the value of this Bag is in the impact it can fetch for a marketeer. As per us, it is not just a Bag but one of the most powerful self-marketing tool. Also, when breaking down the cost by an average 12 months too, it comes down to less than undertaking a monthly Pamphlet distribution exercise (ie. the cheapest activity for proximity BTL marketing)
  • 11. Why can’t you put a Tab/TV screen on backside instead of LED?
    TV or Tab screens of this size will be expensive, heavy in weight and have higher chances of breakage. The brightness in daylight and reflection are additional issues
  • 12. Does it require any specific local body Permission/Compliance before display?
    Incase you are using it for your personal or company usage it does not require any permission to the best of our knowledge. Still we suggest to check for the local Government norms (including for cases where you plan to run multiple brand ads across it)

    Ideally when you raise a request for SALES / RENTALS with us our site inspection person will guide you but still for a slighter idea, here are the Nits and its impact. Like P3 (Outdoors) will have 5000-5500-4200 Nits and will be good for sharpness of visuals while P4.8/P6 (Outdoors) will have 6000 Nits will make it more visible in day time too but is more advisable for larger fonts and lesser minute images / photos / videos

Incase someone wishes for extended warranty by additional 2 years, it can be done at an extra cost. We do not have any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for now. The actual estimate in such cases will be possible only after our Site Expert visits in-person for which we may ask for a token commitment amount. We DO NOT provide Power Bank along due to regulatory issues in sending via parcel but it does include USB Extender Cable and 1 Year warranty for LED Plate (but not on the add-ons objects bought along as Combo via Unique Code).   • 1. How to place order for SALES / RENTALS?
    Incase you’re on our website (www.prosmit.in) and wish to place SALES order, you can click on the SALES button that would be placed near each product listing. You will be directed to our Online Ordering page where you need to make your pick, add to cart and head to online transaction via our highly secured Payment Gateway. To note, we do not have COD option here and all the product rates mentioned will NOT be inclusive of shipping charges. Also the estimated delivery time will be approx. 5-15 working days. But under unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time once by another 15 days max. If we do not deliver within that extended tenure too, we assure you of 100% refund of order value. And if you wish to order for RENTALS, click on the RENTALS button that would be placed near each product listing, fill the required details and hit submit button. On receiving your inquiry, our team will check internal stock availability and get back to you in next 48 working hours with quote that includes RENTALS along with shipping charges. Incase you wish to confirm it, you can make an online payment via our highly secured Payment Gateway or as COD.   • 2. How does our WARRANTY work?
    We offer off-site warranty which means incase of any damage excluding for water / fire / accident reasons, you need to get the product delivered to our office either in-person or via sites like Porter, etc. for which costs are to be borne by senders’ side. Once we receive the product our ideal TAT for first-hand response will be 48 working hours. Thereafter we inform you on the service time which could range from 1-7 working days further based on the complexity of the problem. For severe cases, our service time may stretch beyond 7 working days too. In some rare cases, we do provide on-site warranty service (the costs for which will be additional). In case we are unable to provide you a working solution by max. 30 working days, we assure you to provide you a new product as replacement. To avail any warranty claim, original Invoice (printed/soft copy) is a must. Also, any warranty claim will cease further if found that any other repairs agency had been involved prior sending to us
  • 3. What is the applicable GST? What about GST invoice?
    It's 28% for products and 18% for product-related services / spare parts / objects / accessories. Our GST No. is 24AAQCS2680B2ZD and you will get a GST invoice within 3-5 working days after delivery of your order
