Since we deal in electronics product, the return is applicable only incase the product is to be delivered by Prosmit (check below the Shipping Info details) and it has been received broken/damaged from the courier company. In such a case, you will need to register your complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689. Once we ascertain that the damage was during shipping transit, we will send you a replacement of the same.

 
If you have opted to get the product collected or picked up from your side, our responsibility will cease once its handed to your concerned person.

 

In any other cases, we do not provide refunds of any kind but can be open for replacement (the delivered product should have no damage) against any of our other product (after adjusting the value of your current order versus the replacement product you wish to get it exchanged with). Again, for such a case you will need to write to us within 48 hours of receiving the package on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689.

The product rates mentioned here are NOT inclusive of shipping charges. Below are your options:
 

Option 1: You can either get the product collected from our Ahmedabad office in-person or picked up via sites like Porter, etc. In such case, our responsibility will cease once the parcel is handed over to your concerned person and thereafter we will not be liable for any damages during shipping transit. But obviously, our team will ensure a good packaging of your parcel before handing over to your concerned person. 
 

Option 2: If you want Prosmit to get it delivered at your doorsteps, reach out to us on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689 for an additional quote that will be shared to you and needs to be cleared via UPI / Wallet / Net Banking separately (We won’t have any COD or Credit / Debit Card option for this). If you are going for this option, the responsibility of ensuring the product reaches to you intact will rest on us.
