Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Since we deal in electronics product, the return is applicable only incase the product is to be delivered by Prosmit (check below the Shipping Info details) and it had been received broken/damaged from our courier company. For such cases, you will need to register your complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689. Once we ascertain that the damage was during shipping transit, we will send you a replacement of the same without any additional shipping charges.

1.2 If you have opted to get the product collected or picked up from your side, our responsibility will cease once its handed to your concerned person from our office.

1.3 For any other cases related to quality or sizing issue, we do not provide refunds of any kind but can allow for replacement (the delivered product should have no damage with accessories and/or original packaging) against any of our other product (after adjusting the value of your current order versus the replacement product you wish to get it exchanged with). Again, for such a case you will need to write to us within 48 hours of receiving the package on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689. The shipping charges in case of exchange will be extra.
1.4 To ensure a transparency, all our deliveries will have a video footage of the packaging sent to you over whatsapp.

1.5 Incase of Order Cancellation request after order is placed but before dispatch, we can consider for 100% refund subject to the request has been received by us on: di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689. Once order is dispatched, Order Cancellation is considered as per scenarios described in 1.1 and 1.3 point.

1.6 We will have a right to reject Return or Refund requests for anything beyond the above defined criterias.

1.7 To avail any Return or Refund claim, original Invoice (printed/soft copy) is a must. Also, any claim will cease further if found that any other repairs agency had been involved prior sending to us.
