Shipping Info

1.1 The product rates mentioned here are *NOT* inclusive of shipping charges. Below are your options:

Option 1: You can either get the product collected from our Ahmedabad office in-person or picked up via sites like Porter, etc. In such case, our responsibility will cease once the parcel is handed over to your concerned person and thereafter we will not be liable for any damages during shipping transit. But obviously, our team will ensure a good packaging of your parcel before handing over to your concerned person.

 

Option 2: If you want Prosmit to get it delivered at your doorsteps, reach out to us on di-pro@prosmit.in or +91 89800 22689 for an additional shipping quote that will depend on size, weight and location. Once the quote is shared, you can clear it via UPI / Wallet / Net Banking separately (We won’t have any COD or Credit / Debit Card option for this). If you are going for this option, the responsibility of ensuring the product reaches to you intact will rest on us.

1.2 For either case as per point 1.2 or 1.3, the estimated delivery time will be approx. 5-15 working days. But under unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time once by another 15 days max. If we do not deliver within that extended tenure too, we assure you of 100% refund of order value. Incase of any queries further related to our Shipping Policy, contact us over separately.
